Alex came to give me an estimate that was very reasonable compared to the other roofers I invited for a quote. He explained all the details and Alexis of the project. He offered very good financing terms that met our budget. While other roofers claimed they would take 4-5 days to complete my project, his team completed the job in 2 days. We decided to hire them after positive feedback from many of our neighbors who had recent very good experiences. And we are happy we did it! The entire job took between 8am-5pm. One day!  We are very pleased with the results. Extreme professionalism for a reasonable price. They left the place cleaner than it was before. What initially sold me to proceed with this company was their office manager, Arnold Cruz. When we initially spoke, I explained that we are new to living in an incorporated village with construction regulations and he said not to worry. Within the same week the team sent over a detailed proposed contract of the work to be done that was totally reasonable and  in budget. Arnold was clear, informative and always prompt even with the smallest updates. His sense of urgency to expedite permits, inspections and working with village truly put us at ease.  Now at the forefront, Marvin (owner) and his team executed our vision with our portico and stoop.  Marvin was very much involved with the project and always kept us updated. Every trade had high craftsmanship and payed attention to the smallest details. We passed every inspection and the village was more than pleased with the work. The best feeling is when all the neighbors stop and ask for recommendations, so yes 100% recommend Alexander Home improvement.
